Our upcoming SME and PSO Ideation Workshop is designed to gather valuable insights and foster innovative thinking. This workshop aims to enhance our service offerings and better support the SMEs and PSOs through the DIGiNN project.

Trainer: Evi Sereti is an Assistant Manager in the Advisory Department of PwC Cyprus, specialising in Learning & Development, HR transformation, and customer experience. She brings value to organisations by designing and delivering human‑centric training and transformation solutions across both public and private sectors.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Cyprus and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Crete. She is a certified HRDA Training Instructor and a certified coach/mentor (EMCC).
Evi has more than 6 years of experience in business consulting, focusing on upskilling and reskilling initiatives, organisational transformation, and the design of innovative training programmes (both in-person and digital). She has extensive experience in facilitating workshops, developing eLearning solutions, and implementing HR processes and workforce strategies.
She also applies design thinking approaches to enhance customer and user experience, including research, journey mapping, and service redesign. She has worked with a variety of organisations across Cyprus and Europe, including public sector bodies, international institutions, and private organisations.
